Biographical Sketch

I am an independent consultant and trainer in Louisville, KY specializing in results measurement, program evaluation and organizational capacity building. Prior to my current project, I was the Director of Community Investment at Metro United Way where I was in charge of outcome measurement training, agency capacity building, program evaluation and program funding. I have served as Program Director for Bridgehaven, Inc. in Louisville (1992-1998) and had human service research experience at the Institute for Psychiatry with the University of London (England). 
I have worked extensively in the public mental health sector and with several voluntary organizations involved with mental health and disability issues. I am an original  member of the Human Services Research Forum  in Louisville KYand helped develop and support the measuring program outcomes training efforts in the Louisville area. I have served as a trainer on various outcome measurement topics and authored or co-authored several  papers on outcome measurement, organizational evaluation and learning.

I presently serve on the Board of Directors and Program Committee for Community Living, Inc.
